At UrusLesen.com, we are committed to providing high-quality service and support throughout your CIDB application process. However, we understand that there may be situations where you may request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • You cancel your application before processing has begun.
  • Your application is rejected by CIDB Malaysia due to issues not related to inaccurate or false information provided by you.
  • You accidentally made duplicate payments for the same service.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • You provided incomplete, false, or inaccurate information that caused your application to be rejected.
  • The application has already been processed or submitted to CIDB.
  • You changed your mind or no longer wish to proceed after payment has been made and processing started.
  • Failure to submit required documents within the time given.

3. Processing Fee Deduction

For approved refund requests (e.g., rejected applications or cancellations before processing), a processing fee of RM30 will be deducted from the total refundable amount. This is to cover administrative and transaction costs.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of payment.
  2. Provide your full name, payment reference, and reason for refund.
  3. Allow up to 5-10 working days for processing and approval.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
